Remember the Exxon Valdez, where 10.5 million gallons of oil spilled into our oceans?Through misfuelling our vehicles, every 6 to 7 years we create enough diesel/petrol waste mixture to recreate the largest maritime environmental disaster known to man.
We would like to believe that all this waste is responsibly disposed of.
However, if only 5% is incorrectly disposed of and finds its way back into the water table, that is 75,000 gallons per year.
Should we be pumping even more harmful waste into the environment?
